Not getting incoming after switching to new phone

Hey Guys,

 

I am unable to get calls on my pixel xl . However, i am getting all the messages, outgoing calls work fine and i am able to use cellular data . This problem started soon after upgrading to pixel xl from iphone 6s. 

I've called customer support several time but th eissue doesn't seems to resolve. Any help ?

Did you get the Pixel from Fido?

 

Do you still have your iPhone? If you do you can put your SIM card back in and test to make sure the problem is not the SIM or Fido's network. If the SIM works in another phone the problem could be the Pixel phone and you might have to exchange it if you go it from Fido.

i did get the phone from fido but i didn't use the new SIM. i am still using th eold sim from iphone .i'll try the new sim and try based on that.

Can you try to turn off VoLTE and see if you can receive incoming calls ?
