Not able to pay bill

 

I am not able to pay my bill through my credit card. It shows the below screen.  Is this a server issue because I wasn't able to login to my account as well for first 3 attempts.

We've had a system maintenance going on last night and it should be done by noon Smiley Give it another try later on this afternoon and it should go through just fine.

I had tried the day before as well and it was showing the same response. I had to mention that I was using my visa credit card issued in India. I had used the same previously to make online transactions in Canada and they worked just fine. I was just wondering if it is because of that. I am currently traveling and my funds are in Indian cards. I have another debit card as well, which I could try as well.

I have a monthly account. 

 

Hello @annette_charles,

 

I believe you are having problems because you are using a foreign credit card. 

You will need to use a Canadian issued credit card.
