I switched from Koodo to Fido yesterday. It was working for some time with temporary number given. However, it says no service since yesterday 8:00pm till now. It has been almost 27 hours. I have been to the store where I bought the plan. However the guy says that they are working to resolve the issue. Totally upset!

This definitely doesn't sound like the kind of experience we want for any of our customers. Did you request a port-in?
Is the number still showing as active with the previous carrier?
