My daughter is traveling on a school trip to the US with her iPhone 6s and has a Fido pulse plan. Her roaming and cellular are turned on but is only getting a "no service" messsge. She can use wifi but that's all. She is in a major city. Any suggestions?

Thanks - problem has been solved. Apparently Fido had a block on roaming on the account which has now been corrected.
