I live in BC and have had no service for 3 days. On the first day I contacted via the live chat and they told me there were known issues that were being fixed and it should be up and running again soon. 2 days later still not working. I used the live chat again and was told I would have to call the Tech Support. With what phone?I'm already a bit upset because I've missed an important call during these 3 days.
I'm wondering if anyone else is having this problem, or has found the solution.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your phone. Did you had a chance to restart your phone in the last 3 days. What happens when you try to dial a call afterwards?
