Yesterday I wanted to change my plan to the 10GB for $60/month promotion. I tried a lot of times through online account, every time after I filled all the questions, error message occured when submiting, and it never went through! I tried to call fido, and live chat, but neither worked. No one responded and error message for live chat occured as well. I have been attempting to contact fido today too, still no response. Live chat shows "connecting" for a few hours, and still not conncected yet. Could you help me with the plan switch? Thanks!

ive been trying to get ahold of Fido for the past three days, i got a hold of them a few days ago and they said they changed my plan to 10 G for 85 but i dont see it posted on my account and i cant get of hold them now to see if it worked.
