No reply from Office of the president

Sent a message using https://www.fido.ca/consumer/share-a-concern and have not received a message back in a week now. Says 1 business day?

Hi there!  Hoping a Fido moderator could also be of asistance.

 

An advsior from the Office of the President had sent me an email to follow up on an issue on 19 Jan 2018 - I have since followed up by both email and telephone over the entire week.  With the latter, I was greeted with a voicemail each time and I have left a message with each call. 

 

If a Fido moderator could please PM me, I can certainly provide the details of my concern - hope to obtain hear back soon as there is a deadline that was imposed by Fido for a decision to be firmed up by Feb 8th, 2018.  Wouldn't want to miss it despite my efforts in trying to obtain an answer in advance of the deadline.
