No name display on WHP Call Waiting - Glitch?

So with the new home phone modem WF721, we now get Name Display vs the older WF720.  I noticed however that there seems to be no name display when Call Waiting is initiated.  I'm still getting numeric CID but no name display.  Another glitch with the new modem?

When Fido launched the wireless home phone name display was not compatible only the caller’s number was. I know at some point last year they introduced the name display but if you had the wireless home phone before that you had to call them to get it added or switch to the newer plan.
