No more plus 35 plan?

I need to change my plan as I keep going over my data...I currently have a 3GB promo plus 35 plan. I would like to get a 5gb or 7gb plan but when I select them, it says I'm downgrading so I have to pay my remaining balance on the phone. I realized it's because there is No option for plus 35 plans on any of the plans. Why is this? And how can I get a plan that better suits me?

We don't currently have Plus35 Plans available on the market at this time but this doesn't mean you cannot change your plan. Can you specify which price category you selected when you tried changing your plan on My Account?

I tried to get the 7gb plus25 plan for $140 a month.

Thank you @Aimeeb2989 ! Since you have a Plus35 plan you should be able to see the options available to you directly on fido.ca .
