This is second time. I have no internet right now. After power outage my internet has been gone. When I call Fido I am told I cannot get ip address from tower. Last Friday happened same thing and all weekend gone without Internet which children got crazy.
If repeat another time I am going to cancel my internet service.

Have you tried rebooting the modem or unplugging the power adapter for a few seconds? Did you speak with our tech support team regarding this? What did you do the first time it happened?
