No internet connection

I am receiving no internet connection after reboot and factory reset. I have all lights normal.

Up and down are blue and the rest are green. Everytime I try to go to any site it re-directs me to Fido login site. Will be calling Fido tmrs morning unless there is a 24/7 tech support number I can get a hold of.
