Total waste of time today. got cut off after almost 4 hours on hold from my phone, now no chance reconnecting. Thought after that long at least a person would get to my call. I cannot view or change anything online for a plan upgrade. Chat and all social media there is no answer. Way to go Fido. this after17 years with you sad.
You should double check. I tried but not seeing the $60 for 10GB plan anywhere. I also don't see $199 + $85/month for 10GB + Galaxy S8 Plan anywhere... It would definitely take some load off of customer service if they had these plans on the website for self-serve.
