I haven't received the usual email message letting me know my bill is ready. I happened to check my account online and saw a balance owing, along with the bill. I rely on the emails though so I don't forget to make payments. I haven't changed anything recently on my account, like my email. Everything is still the same as it always has been. Any ideas??
