I had recently upgraded my plan as well as device (to match the plan upgrade) and although I had received a confirmation email for my plan upgrade, I have yet to received anything about the device upgrade. I made the upgrade over 24 hours ago so I’m not sure what could be wrong?
The plan has changed without a hiccup, just nothing about the phone I had ordered has come up.

The delay is normal as it can take up to 48 hours to receive an email confirmation for the upgrade orders.
Usually the email is sent when the phone is ready to be shipped out.
