I tried today contacting Customer Support for my Fido Home Phone. What a joke!
You are told the wait time for a callback is between 59 minutes and 1 - 1/2 hours.
I left my number, and went about my business when the FIDO 1-888 number "called back" - there was no voice at the other end of the line. Twice, that is. So, I'm supposed to consider they called back? Is this a bad joke or what?
I called again the 1-888 number, and I was told I'm being called back and I got a busy signal.
What a joke.
Agree!!! BRUTAL WAIT TIMES AND BRUTAL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!! I worked at a call centre for over 5 years. I know what reps can/can't do and the fact that they refuse to go back into your account and follow up is ridiculous. I had one rep tell me that she wouldn't know where sahe would be in 1 month so could do it but wouldn't guarantee it. BRUTAL

Thanks for the reply, I had a billing question that I managed to resolve today by speaking to a live person, and this was the reason I couldn't get a solution online or in this forum. I presume that Fido was innundated with calls during Black Friday & Cyber Week.
