I switched my Fido plan to the 5GB Pulse plan on Sunday, but have yet to receive any confirmation that I'll be getting the additional 5GB. My online account just shows a plan with 5GBs. I also haven't been able to get in touch with anyone to help me fix this situation (phone, Messenger, Twitter, and the live chat just doesn't open at all). Will it really be added to my account, or have I possibly slipped through the cracks? I've seen people online post screenshots showing text messages, e-mails and their online account reflecting that they received the additional 5GB, but I haven't gotten anything. I don't mind the alleged wait for 2-3 billing cycles, but that's 2-3 months, and I'd just like to know if I really got it or not.
