No account holder access on Fido.ca

Hi, I want to check my billing details, but it prompts that "For privacy reasons, billing details are only available to the primary account holder. If you’d like to view billing details please contact this account’s primary account holder."

I'm holding this account, what can I do?

Although you are the account holder of your account, it seems you don't have account holder access to Fido.ca

 

Do you use your e-mail or phone number to log in?

 

If you use your number, then you must register with your e-mail and set it up as an account holder. Just head over to Fido.ca and click on REGISTER NOW in order to do that Smiley

 

If you log in with your e-mail already, then we'll have to look into it on our end.
