I recently came home from travelling and have not been able to reconnect to the fido network. There is no money left in my prepaid account but the number is active. The card was working fine in this phone (Asus ZenFone 4) before I left. I cannot even manually find a network via settings - there isn't an option to see what networks are around me. Any ideas? I don't want to add money back if my phone can't even connect to a network (I should have been able to top up calling *611 upon landing at the airport)

1. Were you using the service of another provider when you were abroad?
2. Have you tried to reset the Network Settings?
3. When was the last time you used your Fido line?
