I just bought a new phone last night and just realized that I am not recieving calls. I tried to call voicemail the phone said Not Registered On Network. What do I do?

When you say you bought a new phone, is this an unlocked phone? If it is, you will need to configure the settings. You can check how to do it here.
If you recently got a new phone with us, the SIM card may not be activated yet. You can activate it on Fido.ca > My account > Services > Update SIM card.
If that doesn't work, all our phone comes with a 15 days satisfaction warranty. As long you don't go over 30 minutes on the phone during that period, just return the phone to original place of purchase and we can replace the phone for you.
