No Confirmation Email Received

I called FIDO on Jan 4th to add a new line to my current fido connection and ordered a new device+plan for the new incoming line. I have not yet received any confirmation email, and not tracking number to check the status of the new device!! How can I check when will I get the new phone???

Confirmation e-mails are sent once the order is processed. Since you placed your order right before the weekend, it's normal if the order hasn't been processed yet. I can take a look at your account with you if you'd like. Let me know and I'll send you a PM. Smiley
