I was able to change my plan to the 10GB/60 dollar deal this past weekend with a Fido Representative over the phone, however, I was told that I would receive an email within 24 hours, and usually instantaneously in regards to the changes. It has been 3 days now, and I have yet to see a confirmation email or confirmation of 10GB on my online Fido account under plan/services. I have visited Fido Stores, also been on hold for endless hours with interruptions on the phone, contacted via Facebook messenger, and tried Fido Live chat. With all venues, I have wasted 3-4 hours on each and unable to get a hold of any representative. I would sincerely appreciate someones assistance in this matter to confirm the plan change as I am confident I am not the only one experiencing similar issues.
