No Call Waiting

I've been calling all day to see if I can opt into this plan. I knew they were busy, but I was not even given the opportunity to wait it out and talk to a representative. They continued to cut the line every time. What can I do?

  If you click on your username beside your avatar (top right), it should provide you with some options (ie My profile, My settings, etc). In addition, there should also be three icons: a bell, an envelope, and a conversation bubble. Your private messages or PMs can be found by clicking on the envelope icon.
