Welcome to the forums!
According to those specifications, both phones have all of the compatible bands/frequencies for 2G, '3G', and LTE (highlighted above). You can verify the bands/frequencies here.
As long as the phones are unlocked, they should have no problem accessing the Fido/Rogers networks.

I would agree with @FidoMatt that according to those specifications the phone would be fully compatible with the Fido/Rogers' networks. I would however, like to clarify that since the phone is LTE, the phone should use the single APN, ltemobile.apn. You can verify the correct APN setting here.
