New sim card for prepaid service

I am with fido prepaid service for many years. Now the sim card looks not working. I got a new sim card but not way to activate it.

 

online activation is only for monthly plan. BTW, I switched to prepaid monthly plan but looks not for this kinda monthly plan.

I tried to call 1888-481-3436. no option to talk to a representative, no option to activate a new sim card.

 

Can somebody suggest me how to do with my new sim card? many thanks.

Call 1-888-481-3436 and select option 4, then 4 again. You will then hear "If your matter is an emergency requirering an agent, press X". Just select that options.

You may have to listen to all the prompts before making your selection, but it should be the right path.
