I am with fido prepaid service for many years. Now the sim card looks not working. I got a new sim card but not way to activate it.
online activation is only for monthly plan. BTW, I switched to prepaid monthly plan but looks not for this kinda monthly plan.
I tried to call 1888-481-3436. no option to talk to a representative, no option to activate a new sim card.
Can somebody suggest me how to do with my new sim card? many thanks.
