I am not able to use mobile data and also there is no record how much text and talktime I use. I already get my bill

Is your Mobile Data active right now in your settings? What happens exactly when you try your mobile data, do you get any error message?
We'd need a bit more information! Is this regarding a monthly or prepaid number?
