Can I pay for a phone with my fido dollars on renewing my contract

Welcome to the Community! 

You can definitely use your FidoDOLLARS™ to get a new phone. They can only be used towards the phone itself though, this means that if the phone is $0 you can't use them, and if you still have a balance left to pay on your previous phone they can't be used on that either.
