I had a Fido before, but I canceled it. Now I just got a new Fido number and I use the same email address that I linked my previous Fido number with. Now when I log in my account, it only shows my previous number, not the current one.
How can I fix it?

Can you tell me if you had the chance to try logging in from a different browser? You're using your email address as a username to log in?
Once you're logged in and click on your number next to ``My Account``, do you see an option to switch between your cancelled and active number?
