New lg g5

Just setting up my Lg G5.
The little sim card that came with the phone isnt working.
How can i fix this?
My previous phone is a Samsung Galaxy S5.

  Have you activated the new SIM card yet? You can activate it online via My Account --> Mobile --> Update SIM Card.
