Fido always sends me an email long before my bill is due and I never got one. I kept checking my email because I was expecting it.. So I long onto my Fido account and it was due 2 days ago! I've never paid late... This sucks. Anyone else had this problem this month?
I'm having the same problem. I haven't recieved and email for my last 2 bills. It's not going to my junk folder.
Please advise!

That's doesn't sound right. You should still be able to get your email notifications.
Are you still using the same email address?
Also, did you get a chance to check your junk mail inbox to make sure it was not sent there?
