I left Fido back in July 2017. By August 2017, I was getting a final bill with a negative balance on it.
Reading through the forums, seemed that the standard course of action at the time was to wait for a cheque to be delivered for this credit. However, it's now October, and I'm still getting these final bills with negative balance, and no cheques in the mail.
I tried to contact Fido account services via phone, but since I don't have a Fido number anymore, I couldn't get in touch by phone.
How would I get my refund?
