A few days ago I add a new fido's number in my fido's account for my wife. After that I received a message from fido, they told me that I need to register for my account again and they gave a new account number. I couldn't understand why I need to register again, I just add a new fido's number in my account. However, I did it! But weird things happen: First, I couldn't find my fido's number in the new account, I just can find my wife's fido's number, so that I only can view the usage to the new account, my fido's number is gone. Second, when I call the 1-888-481-3436, the automated phone system told me they couldn't find the number after I input my number. The last, I received a email from fido(look the picture), the fido told me that: I cancelled my fido account and sad to see you go. I'm very upset now and if the fido want me to go! Ok! No problem!
