Hello,
I recently switched plans, but I'm going to go over my data significantly this month due to the internet being down at home. This isn't usual and I don't normally have a problem staying within my limit, but I really need a top-up so as not to go way over. Unfortunately, because I switched plans this month, I'm not eligible. Is there anything I can do to avoid overage charges?
Thanks,
Aimee
Hi @Aimeeb2989 & welcome to the Community!
If you've already gone over your data, it unfortunately won't be possible to add a top-up. You'll simply be billed the overage rate of your plan.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
I haven't gone over yet though. I recieved the message that I'm at 90% of my data usage. I'm trying to avoid overage charges but I can't seem to top up because I recently changed my plan. Is there any way around this?
