Need help on my Plan.

After price rised, I notice I dont have the  Additional Line Credit anymore? Do I still having it? thank you .

Hi @JustinFan!

 

Have you taken a look at your bill details? To do so:

 

1. Log into My Account;

2. Select Billing & Payments;

3. Select the bill you want to view in the drop-down menu;

4. Select Save or print your bill>

I cant see my new payment, my bill history only shows till Mar 2017.

I didn't get my  Additional Line Credit under my 2nd phone plan for this month, can you guys help me get it back to the plan?
