I called and posted about my line yesterday. Im paying more than what you guys offered which is completely messed up. My contract is up and I think its time to switch unless you can offer me something.

I saw that 10 GB fido plan is being offered for 60 dollars and thats less then what I pay now. I have 4 lines and last month I added the new line. One of my current plans ended and I wanted to switch to that plan, I called fido a few days ago and they put me on hold forever and I had to go out of town so I gave up and hungup. I returned today and I called fido and the rep said they cant offer that because it expired. Freedom is still offering this for US and Canada for $50 with 10GB.. can you do something about this or is it time for me to switch this line?
Also I asked to speak to the loyalty department and your reps are claiming that they are the loyalty department. I know this is not true beacuse I have dealt with this for my 4 lines and my dads 2 lines.

I want you to tell me how to much it will cost for me to buy out the 2 remaining lines I have on my account. I called Virgin and they are giving me 10GB for $56. So yes, I'm moving all my lines. Im sick a tired of the customer service here. Everytime fido does something good for me.. you guys ruin it the next time around.
Im giving fido one last chance to figure something out for me.
