NO INTERNET CONNECTION

I RESTART EVERYTHING FROM MODEM TO UNPLUGGING EVERY STUFF BUT IT'S OF NO USE..THIS IS BULL AS I JUST GOT THIS MODEM 4 DAYS BACK..WORKED FINE FOR 3 DAYS NO ITS GIVING ME HARD TIME.

 

ANYBODY HAVING ANY SOLUTION.??I DONT GET THE FIDO EASY CONNECT OPTION AFTER RESTARTING.

 

HELP ME OUT

Just to confirm, when you restart the modem and try to access a web page, it takes you to the Hitron log in page?
