MyAccount only shows 5GB

I just switched to the BYOP 60$/10GB, and my account only shows I have 7GB. The 5, plus my previous Bonus of 2. 

So will I get my full ten?!

When will it show the bonus 5? Can you look into my account to ensure that I’ll get it? I don’t want the other 2 bonus I previously had to cancel it out.

Rest assured that the bonus will be applied on our end automatically. Keep in mind it can take 2-3 billing cycles for the bonus to take effect, but you will definitely get it!

You are saying it takes 2-3 months for the 5GB on the $60/mth plan to kick in? Why not just give it to users when they sign up?
