I've recently ported my 604 number over from Rogers with the new Fido $40 plan, I ported 2 numbers over and my wife's number is showing up fine within my fido. However my phone number is still showing as the temp number that was given to me.
I called customer support and they told me to turn off my iphones imessage and facetime and reboot my phone. I don't see how that would fix my issue but I did it anyways. As I thought this didnt' fix my issue, I have provided a screenshot with my issue. Also, when I call 611 on my cellphone, the system doesn't recongize my 604 number as well.
If Fido support can escalate this issue and have this fix for me, it will be greatly appreciated.
