My account fraud

Well its been 1 month i cancelled sim card and cell phone cuz it was stolen.  Now that person added a cell phone line and new number on MY account. I called everywhere for anti fraud but i dont hear nothing from Fido. You guys dont even cancel the new line added without my permission.  This is absolutly innacceptable.  I require cancellation of all my account with Fido as nothing is being done. Dissapointed 100%
