My Fido account was stolen

For long time I was not able to log in my account because it gave me an error. I was loggining in with my phone number as I usually do. I could never get to the bottom of this error.

 

Today, I tried to log in with my email adress and password and it opened, finally. However, the phone number was not mine anymore and the payment history was not mine either. The lady over Twitter support told me that I do not have an account and need to set one up. This sounds very strange, since I used my account for very long time and definitely set one up in the past. She was not able to help me with this issue or answer on my questions. What happened to my old account? Why someone's number is under my log in email and password?

 

Has anyone else had this issue?

You definitely shouldn't be seeing someone else's information that's for sure.
