My Account - View Usage Not Working

Data usage on My Fido iphone is not working. I can see some activities for TALK but not for Data. I changed my plan three weeks ago but still my usage shows zero.

Hello Sdcom,

 

 Welcome to the community!

 

  I'm assuming you're referring to My Account. Did you get the 20th Anniversary free data gift? If so, the gift data will be used first and does not show as usage. Once you have used all of the gift data, your usage should accumulate normally.
