I just spoke with a CSR and she told me as of August, Fido is pulling the 10% multi line discount??? Why? Is there something else replacing it?

We don't have any information about that happening for now.
However, we are expiring the 10% discount offered with some of our old BYOP plans. If you have an old BYOP plan + a 10% discount, it might expire. You'll be informed on your August bill about that modification. This only impact that specific discount, not the one for 2nd line activation.

Now I am confused. I had called because a line on my account had a plan change and was not receiving the 10% discount. The CSR I spoke with told me it didn't really matter, because as of August, the discount was being discontinued across the board. So it is possible to get back the discount on the one line that it was removed from? None of my lines is a BYOP plan. I currently have myself and 3 others on my account. I know my line doesn't receive a discount, but 2 of the 3 still receive it.
