When I entered in Canada a permanent I chose fido as my 1st plan. Now my contract is going to expire and I checked from customer support and they offer me a 50$ smart plan being a loyal customer. He/ She gave me a reference number as well. Today I contacted them and they offer me the same plan for $55. I do not want leave Fido because I am quite happy with their services but it is not fair to quote $50 and then certainly change to $55
