Moving from Standard Plan to Smart Plan for loyal customers

When I entered in Canada a permanent I chose fido as my 1st plan. Now my contract is going to expire and I checked from customer support and they offer me a 50$ smart plan being a loyal customer. He/ She gave me a reference number as well. Today I contacted them and they offer me the same plan for $55. I do not want leave Fido because I am quite happy with their services but it is not fair to quote $50 and then certainly change to $55

Hi, I want to know how a user will know if there is any new plan is there for loyal customers? Should we call daily Smiley

Hey SyedJ, our plans often changes so we have no way in knowing. The best option is to keep on eye out on Fido.ca for a plan that catches your eye. Smiley
