I'm a Participant Level 2

Modem will not connect to internet.

Just got my Fido modem today. Plugged it in, everything lights up...second green light from top is flashing and no blue lights. I rebooted several times. No change. So much for just plugging it in... Any advice?

That's possible, I suggest you contact our technical support team for Fido Internet, they'll be looking into that for you. 

I needed, a technician can also be sent to fix the issue.

I just tried bringing it upstairs and plugging it into a different cable jack. No such luck. I'm wondering if there is something wrong with our actual cable to the house.
