Did not receive promised confirmation text after 18th of the month.
Called customer service.
And told nothing could be done.
Anyone else experienced this?

I'd like to clarify, did you receive an inbox message in the Fido app confirming that the top-up would be applied once you accepted the offer?
Also, we started to add the data top-ups to accounts on October 18th. It should be added to your next billing cycle after that date.
Has your billing cycle pasted that date already?
