VERY flavorful dip made in just a few minutes.
It’s made with fresh cilantro, mint, ginger, jalapeno, Thai chilli, garlic, lemon juice and your choice of yogurt.
Can be eaten with Chicken biryani, Tandoori Chicken, rice, samosas, roasted veggies or naan etc.
1 Bunch of Cilantro
1 Bunch of Mint leaves
1 medium jalapeno pepper (Add Thai chilies if you want it hot)
1 Tablespoon of sliced ginger
5 or 6 Garlic pods
Salt for taste
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
2 Tablespoon of Yogurt
Add water to get the blender running
Blend until smooth – taste to add salt, lime or yogurt (yogurt if it is too hot or lime to add tangy flavor)
