MMS Not working

Hi All,

Over the Weekend I noticed none of my MMS are being retrieved or sent out. I checked my APN settings and all is good to what I've seen posted for proper APN Settings.

I have an Unlocked Int'l LG G3 with an LTE Fido Sim.

Not sure whats happening here.

Any Help would be greatly appriciated.

Welcome to the Community! 

Are you on Wi-Fi or on the Fido network? Do you get an error message when trying to send an MMS? Here are the correct APN settings for the LG G3: 

APN: Fido-core-appl1.apn

If you have a LTE device, use the following setting: LTEMOBILE.APN

MMS (Picture & Video Messaging Settings):

MMSC: http://mms.fido.ca

MMS Proxy: 205.151.11.13

MMS Port: 80

Leave the following fields blank: Proxy, Port, User Name, Password, Server
