Hello Fido,
My wife and have expiring contracts and the time has come to review what is out there for competing contracts. In the past, we have talked with a retention agent to offer us a loyalty plan (customer for over 15+ years) but I don't seem to get the same loyalty offers from Fido.
I have been looking at Freedom mobile (6GB plan) and Share Everything plans from other vendors and to be honest, the plans outside of Fido are looking much more promising. I would hate to leave and would love for someone to chat with about getting a competitive plan and and staying with Fido.
