Lost sim card

Hello, I am in Mexico now, and I lost my Fido sim card while I was switching it to my travel sim card. How can I block it to avoid unauthorized usage?

I'm sad to see that you lost your SIM card! You can actually block it yourself by logging in to your My Account on fido.ca. Once logged, in, click on "Services" and then "Mobile". You'll then need to scroll down and select "Report Lost/Stolen Phone".

There is no

option for lost or stolen.
