Lost my visual voicemail !!!

 Since switching my old plan to the new pulse 20, I lost the visual voicemail on my iPhone. By reading other forums, you were able to help people with this problem, can you do the same for me ?

The "Premium Voicemai-To-Text" or "iPhone Visual Voicemai" is included in the $5 Value Pack.

Our Pulse Plans offer the "Mini Voicemail" only.

Did you happen to keep the $5 Value Pack when you switched plans?

We usually send an email out, with the details of your new plan, whenever you make the switch. 

Can you see in the email if the Value Pack is still included?
