Hi There. I bought two iphone from apple. Both of them were used for a day or two by my fido sim card.. I returned both phones to apple by shipping and they were stolen on the way there. I would like to report it stolen. All i have is the serial number. Are you able to blacklist a phone by a serial number?

I'm sad to see that your phones were stolen. In order for us to blacklist a device, the IMEI must have been registered to your Fido account. If they were ordered directly through Apple as unlocked phones and not as a Fido upgrade, this would not be done automatically.

When you got the phones, did you contact us to have the IMEIs added to the account?
